APRIL 19-20, 2008: First Annual AHBA Test and Trial. Newcomers - want to intinct test your dog? Please join us at PackLeader Farm. Experienced trialers - we are offering the new AHBA RLF (Ranch Large Flock) course as well, along with Junior Herd Dog for those who are just getting into trialing!!! Something for everyone. Please join us for a fun day and good food from "Karen's Kitchen" . See Events for more information. Premium and entry forms will be posted on Events Page soon.

MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND 2008 (May 24-26): ABHCWW will sponsor three days of AKC tests & trials. AKC Tests and A & B course on sheep, cattle & ducks . Trial will be held at PackLeader Farm in Gig Harbor, WA. . See Events for more information.

AUGUST TRIAL 2008 (August 22-24): ABHCWW is sponsoring 3 days of AKC Test and Trials at Brigand's Hideout in Battleground, WA. Courses offered will be A, B, (sheep, cattle, ducks), C (Sheep) and Tests (HT/PT). (Pending approval from AKC). See Events for more information.

2008 Membership Renewals: Please submit your renewal form and check to Jane Baugh by the end of December. We need your support for the club to continue to be strong and provide events for the herding community in our area.

NEW!!!! ABHCWW DISCUSSION FORUM

We have just initiated a new discussion forum that will have the latest information on the upcoming club events and provide a discussion of herding issues and information for both club members and visitors. Please go to: http://www.abhcww.hqforums.com to register and participate. This Forum will be used by the Trial committees in 2008 to track preparations!!! There will be both private (club member only) sections and public sections. So try it out and enjoy!!!

WELCOME NEW MEMBERS

2008 TRIAL COMMITTEE MEETING

There will be a meeting of the Trial Committees for both 2008 AKC events on the weekend of the AHBA Trial at PackLeader Farm. We will set a time once events get underway. If you are a member of one of these committees, and will not be able to attend the meeting, please let me know and provide a report for review at the committee meeting. Thanks!!!
